One sheet covers a whole board. Tear off the shape you need, press it down, and you have continuous grass with no visible joins — no placing individual tufts one at a time. Twelve millimetres is mid-height: enough to read as meadow, not so much that it hides the models. Eleven colours.
Why a sheet
Placing individual tufts works for a base. It does not work for a board.
A 60 × 60 cm table would take thousands of tufts and several evenings.
One sheet of this covers 58 × 85 mm, and it tears — so you take only what
you need and the edge still looks natural.
What you get
- One sheet per box, 58 × 85 mm
- 12 mm height
- Tearable by hand or with scissors
- Eleven colours
- Natural resin, not paper
How to use it
Tear a piece slightly larger than the area. Press from the centre outward.
For a natural edge, tear a jagged line rather than cutting straight —
a straight edge looks like a decal, a torn one looks like grass.
Blending two colours
Tear two colours along their edges and press them together with a slight
overlap. Because the edge is irregular, the join disappears at normal
viewing distance. This is faster than mixing tufts and gives a smoother
transition.
Natural resin
Paper-backed grass tears and goes soft when damp. This holds shape and
tears cleanly, so you can cut it to fit an awkward corner.
